What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, organisation, country and the content of your message. We do not ask for phone numbers through this website.
Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and available.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to respond to you and, where you become a client, to manage our relationship. We do not sell personal data and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are delivered to a mailbox with restricted access. Data may be processed in Singapore, India or the United Arab Emirates by the Hubble company best placed to respond, and by our service providers under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing engagement.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, including under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and UAE data protection law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to hubbleteam@hubble-web.com and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, this notice will name the tool and what it collects before it is switched on.
